What do you think about the new Carolina Panthers logo?

I love the updates to the logo mark. It’s a lot cleaner, especially on black and blue backgrounds. And the curve of the ears laying down feels more realistic and viscous.

The logo type feels a little generic for my taste. But I like it better than the previous cat scratch lettering, and it’s definitely more readable from a distance.

Altogether a pretty decent upgrade!

I like it a lot. I agree. It definitely looks more detailed and realistic. It’s not a big change, but better than the slight change in the Arizona Cardinals logo a while back.

Definitely more 3-dimensional but what’s with the blue whiskers & missing incisors…and it doesn’t look at all like Cam.

if you take a minute and really look at the right eye, the way it’s angled makes it look a bit squinty rather than menacing. stranger than that — the decision to replace the previous hard, angular bottom jaw with a voluptuous droopy lower lip.

I imagine the design brief was just one phrase: “More Bezier Curves.”
