Charlotte’s belated St. Patrick’s parade

Due to bad weather, Charlotte’s St. Patrick’s Day parade & Charlotte Goes Green street festival were postponed a week and took place uptown yesterday. The parade featured bearded bagpipe players, dogs wearing hats, jigging teens, clowns, and lots of green. Photos slideshow is after the page break.
