Duke Energy lights

This is a pretty vanilla configuration from the top-to-bottom rave lights they’ve been testing recently. Could this be the standard configuration, or will they use more colorful lights on a daily basis?

Wish there was something environmentally and/or energetically responsible about these lights. Maybe there is and I haven’t heard about it? Wish there was something to like about Duke Power. Maybe there is? …
