The foundations are already in place for a 50 floor condo tower above the Mint Museum. The Vue would make a nice purchase, to be rebranded as Trump Charlotte. The Park condo tower, sitting vacant at 80% complete, goes up for auction in about a month. And there is 210 Trade - the foundations are in place for a 50 floor condo tower above Epicenter.</description>
