Mayor Pat says Charlotte spending requires “major changes”

“City leaders are discussing additional cuts this morning in Charlotte’s $1.8 billion annual budget as income from sales taxes and other revenue sources continues to decline.
‘Government is going to have to adapt very, very quickly to the pain that’s occurring in the private sector,’ Charlotte Mayor Pat McCrory told NewsChannel 36.”
