Five straight days of free Charlotte fun

Posted on 21 Sep 2011 by Desiree Kane

Who doesn’t love cheap or better yet FREE entertainment this day in age? Autumn in Crown Town always is chock full of all kinds of fun, cost-free events! Here’s a sampling of this year’s goodness and a bunch of links to good event calendars in case you find yourself looking for things to do later:

Thursday, September 22: Attack of the Summer Film Series

The Light Factory’s Attack of the Summer Film Series continues […] at Levine Jewish Community Center with an outdoor screening of Clash of the Titans. The film, directed by Desmond Davis, takes viewers on a mythological adventure as Perseus (son of Zeus) embarks on a quest to rescue Princess Andromeda and take over the kingdom of Joppa. Battles against sea monsters and other scary creatures, and the chopping of Medusa’s head make it pretty epic.”
