Frock Shopping at High Cotton Home

When I attended my first Frock Shop event last month at Eco-Licious in Plaza Midwood, I felt a smidge closer to being Queen City cool. I mean, this is as local as it gets.
The Frock Shop is the impeccably-dressed brain child of Caroline Cook-Frers and features vintage, designer and brand name clothing handpicked for local ladies with discerning taste. Check out her latest cameo on Fox Charlotte here.
A traveling trunk show, the Frock Shop spreads the local love by setting up shop in Charlotte-area businesses to promote independent retail stores. Locals have an opportunity to explore new shops in the neighborhood while shopping Caroline’s eclectic assortment of handpicked clothing, shoes and accessories.
This weekend, the Frock Shop partners with High Cotton Home, a South End furniture boutique, for two days of fall shopping. Beginning this Friday, September 2 at noon, High Cotton Home and the Frock Shop will feature 7,000 square feet of furniture, fashi0n and decadent goodies from local wine and chocolate shop, Petite Philipe and Twenty Degrees Chocolate.
The Frock Shop will also debut its new Revival line, showcasing vintage pieces reworked into modern day magic. If that’s not enough to make your head explode, head on over to the SouthEnd Gallery Crawl this Friday night from 6–9 p.m. and show off your new Frock Shop threads.
