The whole point of the Federal Reserve Bank is to have a RESERVE, and what exactly is so bad about thinking ahead for a rainy day? Libertarians want no taxes, no reserve, just everything for themselves NOW. Sounds elitist , even feudalistic, but NOT Constitutional, to me.
