Historic JFG sign to be resurrected at NC Music Factory

Posted on 24 Feb 2011 by Justin Ruckman

Just in case you haven’t heard, the Charlotte City Council has approved placing the sign on top of VBGB Beer Hall & Garden, soon to open at the NC Music Factory.

The sign, which advertised the coffee for four decades from a site off the John Belk Freeway near the current Bank of America Stadium site, was refurbished since being taken down in late October 2009. Lazes said he hopes to have the sign installed by early May.”
